Pros
Tipping Point Solutions offers competitive salary and solid benefits, which makes the compensation package one of the stronger aspects of working there. You are able to flex your time and work with the United States Army as a customer.
Cons
Unfortunately, the overall employee experience is impacted by several challenges. There is no official training structure, which makes onboarding difficult and leaves new employees without the guidance they need to succeed. Leadership can feel toxic at times, with very little support or mentorship available. For those not assigned to an active project, the work environment can become slow and unengaging, leading to long stretches of downtime. While the pay is good, the lack of support, development opportunities, and healthy leadership culture makes it a difficult place to grow professionally. They do not offer sick pay but do offer on a case by case basis of alternative work location. There was no option for remote or hybrid work.
