Pros

Their payroll checks did not bounce while I was there.

Cons

The disregard they have for their employees. Contempt they have for their customers. Unrealistic expectations. Stressful environment. Lack of support. Deplorable IT department. Should I go on?

Pros

Great people, great work culture. Everyone is very nice and hard working. I haven’t had any problems getting the help I need when I have a question. I usually have a problem with jobs where someone will slack off and I will have to pick up the slack but here it seems everyone takes it serious and is able to handle the work given.

Cons

I truly can not think of any cons that have come up since I started here

Pros

Weekly pay, and most weekends off. Seemed like a good dept til people started gossiping.

Cons

Low pay, family members backstab hard workers and lots of gossip when better employees want to work. Its a club and you aren't part of it. Managers are related to their employees which is favoritism and a joke. Director is unprofessional and a flirt.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with our company didn’t reflect the values we work hard to uphold. As a family-owned business, we are proud of our roots and the close-knit environment we strive to foster. While it's true that some family members work here, we maintain clear professional standards to prevent favoritism or bias in our hiring and management practices. Allegations of nepotism or unprofessional conduct are taken very seriously and are not consistent with our core values or culture. We were surprised to read your concerns, as none of these issues were ever brought to our attention during your time with us. We encourage open communication and have multiple avenues for team members to voice concerns confidentially. Constructive feedback is always welcome—especially when it allows us to take meaningful action to improve team member experience. If you’re open to it, I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can better understand your experience and work toward a positive resolution. Please feel free to reach out to me at hr@tireco.com. Even though you’re no longer with the company, your perspective is important to us. Thank you again, and we wish you the very best in your future endeavors. Warm regards, Hayley Stockwell Director of Human Resources hr@tireco.com
