Pros
Good 401k, pay for techs was commission based. They are in the process of restructuring pay to flat rate.
Cons
Lack of staffing, hiring of inexperienced does not help. Restructure of pay scale for techs and low ball flat rate offers made this an undesirable situation. They burn managers out fast by cutting front staff to bare bones.
