Pros
There are many: Hours are 9-5 or 9:30-5:30 The people who work there are nice and social (drinks after work etc). The MD is nice, a little chaotic at times but still a great place to work. Enquiries are distributed fairly although not sure thats necessarily a good thing.
Cons
Can be a bit too chaotic sometimes, especially when people are off or on holiday. The office is quite small, although a move to a new office is imminent (bigger) which should help. You might find a few not pulling their weight and a few characters within the office (the sales manager being one).
