Pros
Haven't found any. Pretty negative experience from the beginning.
Cons
Where to start! First of all, I'm really glad to see positive reviews from other parts of the country. Glad things are working out for you. I, and many other coworkers are in a new market with very little T-Mobile coverage. When we were told about the job, we were given pay info based on another market with existing networks and customers. Starting in a brand new territory from scratch, there is very little sales. There are weeks we can see maybe 2 or 3 customers. Of the customers that do walk in, we go through coverage and 70% of our customers walk out because its not great. Which we warn them ahead of time. In the 30% of customers that do purchase, 20% return it. This is a local issue in our market across all our stores. Some stores struggling more than others. We have tried telling the executives and they reply "oh, well sell more" We barely have people to sell to, and if we do there are a lot of returns. We have been asking for some kind of help to make up for it, but many of our employees have lost interest, stopped caring, or quit altogether. In an 8-11 hour shift where you see maybe a few customers, after awhile you just want to sit because its obvious no one is coming in. We get yelled at for sitting. We're told we are not doing enough. But the base pay is less than McDonald's. Sure the commission helps. When you get it and if there aren't charge backs for returns. No one in this company seems to understand the issues we are facing, and just turn their backs against us. And your employees realize you don't care, so can you expect them to care? We're losing employees, and no one wants to work here. Some employees are working multiple 11 hour shifts a week just to keep things running. We are giving up our days, to work for little money, with literally no reward. I'm not going to share what market we are in, but the executives (if they read this) you know what market it is.
