Cons
The Cons list is very substantial. This company used to be great. It is decaying and its all due to nepotism and extremely poor choices in management. They put people from the outside or its a family or friends in managerial roles. They keep qualified people out of management that have the years and the know how on all levels to help repair all the damages not only internally but for a lot of customers who are desperate for results. The upper management never looks deeper into who they actually have that may be working for them. They ignore anyone outside of organized, collaborated, inner circle that may also be considered a brick wall to really stop a rising star or an experienced person who can do their jobs better while standing on their heads. Do you know what it feels like to have homeowners look you in the eye with tears in theirs asking you to please help them? Do you understand the amount of times that happened? Do you understand what that does to your soul when its happens repeatedly? When you force yourself to get over that by being somewhat numb? Nothing that used to be normal to you. It phycologically wears on you after its repetitive and consistent. Does titan even try to understand a fraction of what their good employees go through? Are there bad employees? Yes but a lot are not only good techs but good hearted people as well. Do they see how stress and unfair bias can lead a long time employee to no longer have the love they once had? The care they proudly used to carry? Once dave williamson was ousted because he got a little overzealous with his success and needed some help his partners shoved him out. Partners that really seem to be running the place like an entirely different kind of industry. Dave was the heart and soul. They ripped it out. Now you have non construction guys trying to run a solar construction company like google. Management choices are weird. Methods are alien. Trying to put sales guys in construction hats is laughable. They couldnt identify a real leader if it landed on their lap. A long time ago changes were needed and the people you told looked at you as a threat to their job. That makes hurdles easier to jump over... Right. Not enough focus on the ones really pushing to reverse negatives and for not owning the place I have no idea why after a while I still cared as much as I did. What a waste of energy. Waste of time. I wish them luck because theyre gonna need it.
