Very nice people to work with

The pay is not amazing.

Well the best part of working for this company is that the starting salary is decent compared to most in the area.

The cons are that during my tenure there it seemed as though they are always on the brink of closure or expansion. Volatile industry. Would not go the way of their production union because a lot of layoffs.
