Pros
Occasionally could work from home when needed.
Cons
They promote an “attitude of gratitude,” “servant leadership” and “transparency” but don’t fall for it - it’s completely disingenuous. If you are ever struggling with anything (overwhelming stress, verbal and emotional abuse from another employee, witnessed unethical behavior) your concerns are either completely ignored, or flat out dismissed to your face. “You’re free to leave” was the response I received once. (Turned out to be great advice!) You can ignore most of the 5 star reviews - leadership was pressuring all of us to leave 5 star reviews and confirm with them once they were written (you’ll notice most of them are clustered around the same date) If respect, potential for growth, and working in a non-toxic environment are important to you, then don’t work here, no matter what they promise you. I lost count of the times I was promised something by a member of the C-suite and it never came to fruition (things like performance reviews, growth opportunities, etc).
