Learn how to buy/sell residential real estate; network with agents, lenders, investors, and other title companies

Incredibly LOW pay, no room for advancement, awful communication, disrespectful management, demeaning co-workers, minimal PTO, someone is leaving every month, procedures constantly change and are not communicated to relevant staff members, raises are hard if not impossible to come by, no 401 (k) match, you likely will change offices multiple times, WFH available for operational staff only, and boy, do they play favorites.
