Small company limited recources Tough to keep up with larger players in our field

-Easy interview process, i.e. apply through craigslist -Opportunity to see the markets

-not one person in my group made compensation through trading -everyone in the group I started with had to quite due to other opportunities -was forced to use/ test systems that others in the the company built (w/o receiving compensation). Had to take on liability if the systems that were built by others did not preform -no salary -no benefits -not a sufficient amount of capital to trade properly -no control on entries into the market -no available resources or need to learn more to advance your career
