Pros
The projects are top-tier and the culture is 100% artist-driven. It’s loud, messy, and creative - exactly what you’d expect. The teams are so cool and my supervisor was a rockstar I learnt so much and am coming back to start on a new project in a few weeks with the same team. Surprisingly, the support people like HR aren't "corporate" types. they’re just solid people who handle the union/contract stuff efficiently so we don't have to worry about it
Cons
I feel like I would have said pay a few years ago but the salaries are getting more competitive. I don’t like that it’s unionized as it rips into so much of your paycheck and I’m not actually sure what value the union adds that wasn’t there 10 years ago
