Pros

Not micromanaged for the most part. EOS company. Freedom to make your own schedule.

Cons

Leadership is not transparent. Surveys are promoted as anonymous, but they are not. They know which team you are on and can guess which person completed it. This targets you. Instead of laying off people they are finding faults that aren't there so they force you leave on your own. This makes them sleep better at night but in reality its all about saving management jobs and salaries. So bonus top heavy that you need to work 55 plus hours a week to make even close to decent money. Hourly employees are not guaranteed a certain set of hours. The CEO Is so far removed and focused on his brand that he has no clue how employees are really being treated.

If the intent of this type of platform is to truly offer a space for individuals to learn about a business by reading comments (either positive or negative), Glassdoor is missing the mark. This isn't a platform for true dialogue, which is what it takes to learn about a business. The great thing about Titus is that part of our interview process is to provide opportunities for that dialogue to occur. Every potential Titus team member is encouraged, as part of our interview process, to reach out to current employees and interview US on our business, our practices, and our lived values. We believe you should be interviewing us, too. Making a career move is a big deal and we want you to be informed! We hope that people have an amazing time at Titus and that we serve well during that time. The reality is that our performance based culture isn't for everyone and we wish those that move on success in their journey.

Thank you for sharing an amazing review as a current Titus employee. Our annual salary increases are only one part of the total equation. Annual increases are based on meeting/exceeding performance goals; however, our bonus structure is highly competitive and provides individuals opportunities to influence their total compensation in various ways. We believe that this model allows people to flex their workload to meet their financial goals.

Pros

Great if you need to get experience working different industries.

Cons

The pay. The bonus structure is so convoluted that even if the client pays, you probably won't get your full bonus for some reason or another. They always ask for input, but nothing ever changes.
