Pros

Will listen to each concern, but…

Cons

ONLY want to speak to the individual one on one… w/o the union rep. Lies to a department stating; WE signed up to work mandatory shifts when another shift does not have to when we got hired.

Pros

Really nice people. Close to home (for me).

Cons

5am to 530pm. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the break room. Not bad unless you're on the clock for lunch. You are expected to clock in and out only in your work area. That means you clock out, walk 10 minutes to the break room, eat for 10 minutes, then walk back to your work area, stand in line, and hope you clock in on time. Only 1 time clock for 100 people in your work area. Everybody goes on break in the whole plant at the same time. It's like being part of a cattle herd. Awful. You are not allowed to sit so you stand for 12 hours after not having enough sleep. Your feet hurt so bad you want to die. You come home from work and your heart is racing from 12.hours of work and not enough sleep. You end up not being able to sleep because you're so tired you feel amped and agitated. All for 17 dollars an hour for 12 hours. After 45 days, you become eligible for up to 30 hours of mandatory overtime on top of your 3 12-hour shifts. You don't get health insurance for the first 60 days.
