Takes months to get commission, too many sales reps in tiny territories. They actually give new reps a fifth the market size in some situations, compared to senior reps. You’ll be thrown into an area and work it for a few months until you basically have to pressure small business owner’s time buy something they don’t need or can’t afford. It is a great product, but it’s not a fit for everyone. They’ll say that, but then scold you for not selling to the 80% of your territory that could be mom and pops. Half the deals you sell will never “go live” months after you sign it because the support isn’t there after your sale from other teams. Engineers are always short staffed and you can’t even schedule things. I worked here over 6 months and hit quota- but only made about 4K total commission because not enough “went live” in time for me to figure out it’s a trap. They base your territory size off a consensus that was done over 10 years ago, so you’re more safe in a growing market. You can’t sell to places with more than 10 locations, so you better hope you don’t have a lot of chains in your area- you can’t sell to them, but they’re factored into you territory size.
