While you make some money on the margins of cc processing you don't make residual revenue for the sales you make. You just get paid one time for accounts sold. Also, leadership promotes people very quickly. They have several folks with no leadership skills or experience in management positions simply because they had a couple good sales quarters. Also the customer base is very SMB. If you are a rep that is used to working with a more sophisticated buyer, the majority of the time, that will not be the case when working an opportunity.
