Pros

-Great product. -The benefits are decent -Great co-workers -Great company

Cons

-Depending on who you report to; you will work round the clock. Good luck taking time off, the unlimited PTO is a Joke. -Metrics and goals are set by those who have never done the job. -If you suffer from mental health or have serious anxiety; please stay away. -The management team is very unprofessional, they will slack and text you after-hours. - Management constantly adds more and more to your plate while requiring you to perform at a higher clip. -Very cliquey, feels like a popularity contest. If you miss quota the month before your manager will abandon you or immediately put you on an extensive PIP so they can cover their back. You will constantly feel expendable.

Although this review was difficult to read, I am incredibly appreciative of your feedback. Since you are a current employee, I want to take the opportunity to make this right. There's a lot to unpack here, and I want to make sure we fully understand your situation. Please put time on my calendar or your people success partner's calendar to discuss further. Thank you for your many years as a dedicated Toaster, and I look forward to connecting soon. -Joe Starzec, VP of Sales

Pros

-Strong pay (if you hit your numbers) -Ambitious goals that challenge you -Competitive landscape that will force you to get better beyond exclusively selling -Founders still very involved and very visible to the company and employees -Team cultures are always strong -For sales, you always get in touch with prospects, which is an underrated pro -When leadership promotes internal mobility and career development they mean it and support it

Cons

-Numerous Sales teams that share the same markets/TAMs. Customers and prospects get exhausted of outreach - Since going public, the goal posts keep moving forward even if 60% of the org hit goal. -A number of core leaders have left, new ones still learning the ropes which was hindering the orgs and teams
