This isn't a job you will be able to advance in, The administration is a joke and doesn't care about there employees at all. If you want to be stressed out over a job that shouldn't be that stressful then go ahead apply, Its low pay and your very unappreciated and a thankless job and the management plays favorites with the employees and will play games if you make them mad so that they have a reason to fire you. They lie on forms so you cant collect unemployment and work you swing shifts at part time during summer so you are stuck living on nothing
