Pros
Amazing people, rewarding and exciting work. The company is growing fast and you can really have an impact in the new policies, systems as they are put in place. There are often training and learning opportunities in areas outside of your direct field, e.g. communication and holding effective meetings, which shows that management cares about the long-term success of the company and the employees. The execs are very accessible. 1 week shutdown during winter holidays. And everyone has standing desks.
Cons
The vivarium is at a different location, which means that a few employees are often apart and left out of many activities. Certain lab activities have demanding hours and not enough hired support.
