Research did not go as planned.

Tocagen has an amazing culture! Our intelligent, innovative and passionate team is making an incredible effort to revolutionize cancer treatment. Each of us are empowered to make meaningful impacts on the work that we do. The science is exciting and our entire team is extremely committed to making a difference in patients' lives! There are high standards on company goals, as it should, and each team member works hard to achieve them. At the same time, we celebrate our successes with fun employee events and we do what we can to give back to the brain cancer community.

The common feedback from the team is that at times resources felt lean. It is challenge to balance additional resources and grow business responsibly, while we await for our final analysis results.
