      None, the company is a toxic place

      Cons

      The design management is autocratic, lacks a vision and is verbally aggressive. They stifle your creativity and only focus on shipping out solutions without research, testing or a solid understanding of users. The organisation is not design-led at all and they falsely claim to be one. Please join only if you want to stunt your career.
