I've been with the company through a significant period of growth, and it's been a truly rewarding experience. While that journey has included some bumps in the road, the commitment I've seen from the leadership team, and their direct reports to improve processes and culture has been impressive. They've recently navigated some really hard decisions on the team. There are talented, genuinely good people, coming in on all fronts, from business, the threat intel to engineering and the recent proposed changes in how product, sales, and engineering collaborate have created a lot of excitement. The leadership team is stronger than ever, and I'm genuinely excited about where we are heading. We're delivering higher-quality products and continue to be recognized across the industry. It’s clear to me that they are listening more and more and making adjustments that are leading the company in the right direction. The leadership team is strong, with experienced members across the board guiding the company's direction, and listening to their reports. Many seem to be finding their stride. Management is actively listening to employee needs and feedback to drive positive change. Products are being delivered with higher quality and improved efficiency.
