This is by far the WORST place I have ever worked. Upper Management consistently puts pressure on their employees as opposed to working with them - a VERY BAD characteristic for a company. Upper management basically just tells the managers what to tell their subordinates, ranging from everything including dress appearance to forcing them to use “scare and stress” tactics.
Upper Management constantly stresses how lucky the employees are to receive benefits the company offers...except the benefits are the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM! There is no 401k. During travel you are given $30 per day per diem, which is barely enough for business travel.
There is no actual human resources department at Toho.
If you want to experience what working for the most strict company ever is, LOOK NO FURTHER! You must be in EXACTLY on time. 1 or 2 minutes late and you are looked down upon by upper management.
No freedom, no trust, no future. This company doesn't care!
