I am sorry to hear that you did not find any positive aspects while working at Toho. Our Chicago office is a smaller operation, and because of that, we sometimes have to pitch in and contribute in other areas of the company outside of our specific job. Helping in other areas of the company can help create better unity and teamwork and with our expanding operation, we all take pride in making our company a safe, clean and healthy place to grow and thrive as professionals.
