      The benefits at this company are on par with the best companies. Held regular internal employee meetings to review company status. Bonus program paid out regularly.

      Cons

      Company tends to focus on the very top echelon companies. Sales staff focused on promoting and selling only the Japan manufactured products resulting in poorly promoted US products.

      Good work-life balance with long weekends. Good pay.

      The management used to allow more individual autonomy and respect the workers. This is sharply trending toward no longer being the case whatsoever in the last year.
