-Good on the job training. -Not much pressure, easy and forgiving environment.
Cons
-Not encouraged to challenge new ideas. -Too systematic. Occasionally unnecessary work done just to maintain consistency. -Poor communication between senior management. -Performance bonus is seniority (as opposed to achievement) based.
