The tips were very good because it was a sushi restaurant, especially on Friday dinners. The menu is quite extensive and can be a lot to learn, but the workers there are very helpful and williing to teach you everything when you first start. As long as you put in the effort and show good work ethic, the manager and other coworkers will be willing to help out whenever you have a question or make a mistake.

It could be quite busy during dinner, so if you can't handle a lot of fast paced work, this isn't the job for you. Many of the workers speak Korean, so there might be a slight language barrier, but all of them know how to speak English as well. As a server, the work can be physically exhausting.

Amazingly flexible with working hours. Family-like staff. Great place to work if you are an individual who loves to provide great customer service. This restaurant is very upbeat and the staff treats you just like family. You can depend on them whenever you need help. It is a demanding job, but you get a lot in return.
