      Managable pay Good to work at if you have another job that can kep you occupied so you don't lose your skills

      Cons

      Come to work everyday while sometimes not having any work to do. Not much hands-on project to work on cos it mostly gets outsourced An indian will always be above you so you have a growth cap limit
