Pros

There are many pros to working for TF including the selling commission structure and monthly tiered bonuses, beautiful products and dedicated clientele. Work/life balance is what you make of it depending on your boutique hours. I was never overwhelmed by the workload. TF is a global brand and the beauty portion has a high focus and awareness bringing in the foot traffic for quick sales between appointments. Discount is generous but capped dollar amount per year.

Cons

Upper management is delusional when it comes to increasing business by setting unachievable goals without the proper tools and resources. Extremely limited stock, zero technology and other boutiques refusing to transfer merchandise. Store level management is uninterested in driving the business but would rather spend all day off the sales floor to avoid associates/customers. Management enjoys favoritism, choosing to ostracize employees who voice concerns about business and policy abiding. Managers avoid confrontation at all costs whether between associates, customer issues or monthly touch bases. Human Resources is a new concept to the company and it shows. Extreme lack of support and pointless conversations.
