Pros
The senior management team at TSC really cares for their employees. They reward employees that are self-motivated, hard working and get things done. TSC promotes from within and allows employees to control the outcome of their career opportunities. The pay scale is competitive with the market and allows employees to take care of their family's. TSC supports a very fun atmosphere with amazing co-workers that really take of each other. It is very common to have recreational experiences with coworkers outside of the work place.
Cons
There is not a lot of formal sit-down, in-a-class-room training. However, TSC is very good at on-the-job training with a supportive peer environment.
