      This company works really hard to make you feel valued and important. I love coming to work each day. The office and field employees collaborate and work really well together. The atmosphere is conducive to learning and growing as an employee. You are guaranteed lots for first hand experience.

      Cons

      No formal training. If you are outgoing and motivated you can learn a lot quickly. Not the place for unmotivated followers.

      This company has a wide range of jobs in the construction industry, some of which are very niche and are usually hard to find a way into. this is a company that effort in is opportunity out. Hard work does not go unnoticed. The people there are among the best I have ever worked with, which is why you never have to worry about not having work.

      you have to compensate for low wages by working a lot of hours.
