Coffee Bar, Good location, walking distance from great restaurants, Laid back meetings, plenty of focus time to get things done, a pretty ideal mix of what needs to happen

Its downtown if you are not working remote so if you don't like big city or train noises that could get a little bit annoying, also a ticket-points system is also another thing some may not prefer. Also as a contracting company long term is always blurry so things can get busy or rough pretty suddenly

Office is in a great location in downtown royal oak. Most everyone on the team is very friendly and easy to work with. Fairly good amount of autonomy to get things done.

Can be uncertain at times where the company is headed. Being mostly services, higher churn on projects and not really one you can commit to for a few years. Some mixed signals come from management from one staff meeting to the next.
