Decent starting salary but that's really it, trying to get a pay rise or benefit is a real struggle and met with excuses yet others receive them due to favoritism
Cons
Low chance of pay rise, seems to be favoritism towards bigger contracts/freinds over employee workload and commitment, mandatory 20 days a year holiday days, 4 of which you must hold for Christmas so actually 16, No sick days/sick pay, advises to do courses for pay rise yet deny course access to you if they feel you dont need it, Better to start in here with no courses on hand as your base salary will be the same and they only base your oayrises off of courses you do with them which if you have a good few done already and cant progress further leaves you stuck in their hole.
