I’ve had a great experience working at TOMZ Corporation over the past two years. The company truly lives its values, especially when it comes to supporting employees and fostering a strong, positive culture. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there’s a clear emphasis on continuous improvement—not just in the work we do, but in how we support one another as a team. In the time I have been at TOMZ, I have experienced a promotion and have seen numerous others accomplish the same. At the time I am typing this, there have been 6 internal promotions in one month. What stands out most is the commitment to employee well-being and development. There are real opportunities to grow, take on new challenges, and make a meaningful impact. The team environment is collaborative, and people are genuinely willing to help each other succeed. TOMZ also does a great job balancing high standards with a supportive atmosphere. It’s a place where hard work is recognized, and where you feel like your contributions matter. Overall, it’s an organization I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a company with strong values, great people, and opportunities for growth.

If you stick with the drama you are primed for a promotion. The pay is good.

Where do it start? If you see a 5 star rating, it’s fake. The supervisors and upper management write fake reviews to offset the bad reviews. This is a window into their integrity. The turnover rate is the worst I’ve ever seen. This applies to maintenance workers, all the way to the C-suites. They opened up a plant in Knightstown that lasted 3 years. Most left and those who stayed were brown nosing for promotions. Last week they closed the entire plant down and fired everyone. Tomz takes shortcuts with their manufacturing. They have had mass layoffs multiple times. They built another plant in Minnesota then lied to the Knightstown employees by saying they weren't going to replace them. You could never have continuity with the company because all the supervisors kept quitting. You had a new boss every few months. You got a bonus every quarter if you performed well. My friend is in the Air Force Reserves and missed 2 weeks for drill. They denied his bonus because he was “gone too long.” Stay away from this company.
