      Pros

      There were few good projects.. but 20 words is too much for pros at toneplus I like the location... Sometimes free beers... And few good people but they go away already The studio is big and sometimes nice (look at cons). if I am beginner is good chance to work in Japan but I am not and no good quality animator to teach

      Cons

      The management is really bad... Like child and super authoritarian.. And there is a lot fired people now... Probably more to com! Pretty scary place for work Big studio but so many people, it's like dirty. Also, quality is not good because not skill people is hire

      TonePlus Animation Studios was like a haven for artists. Our needs were met, and the projects were challenging, making working there a unique learning experience.

      Cons

      Creative control was not something that came easy. Our ideas were usually shot down, and we were told to stick to the given instructions.
