- Supervisors, coordinators and project manager are way too overloaded. A lot of them have worked up to 3 projects at the same time. - Favoritism among supervisors, artists and coordinator on the production team - Bad supervisors - Inequity trough salary between men and women - Low salary and little to no recognition for the work you do - No training or coaching available to help you grow - People are being praised when they do crazy overtime, which is really unhealthy. - Not enough staff trough supervisors and production team.

- No career movement (Promotions, raises, etc) - Overloads roles and responsibilities with no benefit to the worker - Little to no training for new hires
