      Direct contact with the Directors. You get first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry. High-end residential projects. Interaction with clients and suppliers. Separate work and personal life. Good salary, in accordance to your experience

      Cons

      The use of AutoCAD for working darwings that can limit you when you leave the company. Because most comapanies in Johannesburg use Revit.

      Pros

      There are some really great, and kind people working here.

      Cons

      The culture here is very homogeneous and feels "bro-y". Senior Management is especially this way and lacks direction. There are a few people working here who are paid well, but most employees are very underpaid for the industry. Low employee retention rate.
