The best company I’ve ever worked for. You are truly not just an employee, you really are family. I moved from New Orleans back home to Indianapolis and was sad to leave. I had the best team, the regional manager (Kim) and the best owner I have ever worked for. Leaving this company was one of the hardest things never had to do. I never felt more supported, more love and care than Tonti Properties. I would 100% recommend working here. By far the best company I have ever worked for. Stress free work environment and work stays at work. Tonti Properties is the perfect example of what a company should be. I miss is it so much but it was time to come home. I would recommend this place to anyone. I really appreciate the company’s core values and what they stand for. Because family is everything and that’s what Tonti stands for. Can’t say enough good things about Tonti Properties. Thanks for a wonderful experience and I will take what I learned here with me where I go. Most of all, I l experienced what it felt like to be truly appreciated. I felt like I was family and not just an employee.
