      Easy to start . Improves communication skills in spanish and english. Variety of topics to manage. family feeling with other teammates. You can propose ideas and you are listened to. The employees are well taken care of.

      We need to improve the departments communications You could say there are no career advancements or a few of them in the company (I'm not one of them), but this can always lead employees to look for other opportunities.
