Pros

- nice people - genuine belief in the wider mission not just profits - will in time do some very cool things!

Cons

- many of the global team are ex management consultants and the culture is extremely corporate. There’s a big divide between the start up vibes of local markets, and the process-driven corporate style at global level (which is filtering down). - it has become increasingly less agile - not transparent in so many areas, a lot of information which could be shared easily is not shared. There’s clearly a lack of trust of the general employee population - benefits package (at least in UK) is very poor - lack of diversity in general, not many people of colour especially in leadership positions - generally poor L&D opportunities. There’s ‘on the job’ learning but many of us want different resources and there’s no official budget for this, everyone has to fight for it discretely and individually! - We talk about saving food but it’s uncomfortable because we often create more surplus (supply) in order to ‘save’ it and we have no way of knowing if our users eat the food or throw it away themselves! So sometimes feels a bit like marketing speak more than actual mission progress

Pros

People in the org are amazing and mission driven

Cons

Horrible leadership! The most incompetent Senior leadership I have ever seen. It's as if their goal is to run the company into the ground. Do not expect to last more than a year in this role
