      Fun people to work with most times. Low stress job. Fairly flexible hours so it doesn't interfere with life's events

      Cons

      No opportunity to advance in the trade. Same old day in and day out. Little to no recognition for going above and beyond. Benefits get worse and worse every year I was there

      I got left alone to get details done. Laid back if needed to take off

      Cons

      Training was lack luster. Trying to make things more efficient and streamline always meet with people fighting back. Trying to get tooling was a battle as well. Big on using china
