Pros

Working in the manufacturing training space is always interesting (to me, anyway). My team is supportive and always busy. There's no shortage of things to do. Benefits are quite generous, though up until now the medical coverage was shoddy and problematic for non-Michigan residents. 2018 should be better. Tyler Village is a nice place to work, but has some drawbacks.

Cons

Huge workload and lean staffing means picking and choosing between critical projects. Not all teams are treated equally. Tyler Village parking is challenging, and there are limited lunch options very nearby. No vending machines as such.

Pros

-Decent culture -Flex time, summer hours (shift Friday afternoon to first four days of the week) -Decent benefits

Cons

-Poor pay for the level of education/experience that people have. —They get away with this because nearly everyone in the Content Department spent years adjuncting, to the point where any FT employment would be acceptable.
