small office, and hard to communicate with headquarters

Fun environment, encourage growth, training and education. I have felt welcomed from day one, and that my position is important to the company. They are a family oriented company and really do care about their employees. Tools4ever shows their appreciation in a variety of ways. It has been an amazing opportunity so far, and I am very excited to see what the future holds for me and the company.

The only con I can think of is being that it is an office job you are sitting most of the day.
