As a fresher, there is a lot to learn here and since it is so easy to communicate among the team there is no hesitation or fear of judgement. The managers are friendly and help you out at any given point and the growth here is visible. Since this is a startup, a lot of people don't come in with the perspective that there would be so much to do and learn at the same time but personally, I knew it before I started working and that helped set my mind too.
