      Pros

      My recruiter Tata Sun is hands down one of the most professional people I've worked with. She introduced me to one the best educational companies I've seen in China. I received an offer from them largely due to the insight she range gave me on the company and my interviews. In fact, Tata was actually one of their former supervisors. Not only did she give me insight but she even gave me a few challenges so that improve myself and my materials as a candidate. They're also very personable and continually look out for you. I had to turn down the offer due to family obligations which have developed. However, Tata is still reaching out to me new opportunities.

      Pros

      They sometimes get you a job. A really good school might pay them separately. In fact, these parasites are usually taking money from you the teacher.

      Cons

      The scam is this: they find 1000 new teachers who don’t know they should ask for more $$$ from schools and the $$$ you deserve is kept by recruiters and some scumbags at the school.

      This "employee" is very royal and long-live, indeed, cuz he/she has been "fantastically" work with TTJ for more than 10 years(as a full-time employee). Unfortunately, our company is still young, we are just going to celebrate our 2-years anniversary party. (data can be found in the official website and every official profile of TopTutorJob). However, this review does give job seeker a good warming about avoid "separated contract": Agent pays candidate, schools pays to agent. In TTJ, we never go further than recruiting itself, we are very busy at making match of great candidate with great schools, we will not waste our productivity to deal with these "scum" job. Anyway, TTJ takes this review as a good signal of how we earn our "word of mouth" from the market, which obviously from a non-Chinese competition group.

      Pros

      If you are desperate for a job and will take any offer, they can probably find something for you.

      Cons

      -Agents are unhelpful and unresponsive if you have any sort of standards for the school you want to work at. You will be taking below-market compensation if you take a job through them. -Unprofessional agents who couldn't hold a job anywhere else.
