He has admitted to killing animals, will berate you for mistakes from other team, retaliate if take you vacation, and the worse s being sued for sexual harassment. He has created a very toxic work environment. CFO is a jerk - straight. If you end of working for the marketing team be prepared for weak, inexperienced leadership. You spend more time in the project management tool proving you are working than actually work. No strategy, no planning, leadership will take credit for your successful ideas and blame you for their bad ideas.
