Pros
Their food is actually pretty good, you get a free item every time you work plus discounts for when you're not at work. If you need a really flexible schedule they can do that for you, but that is literally the only thing they got going for them and any food place has flexible schedules
Cons
Oh, where to begin to start the manager is proudly a narcissist and will tell you all about it. Because of this, they had an extremely toxic work environment that they expect 110% out of you every single day even though they're paying you $11 an hour. They see everyone as replaceable and will not appreciate you for anything you do. I have literally gotten there the middle of a rush got the oven and cut table completely caught up and fixed all the orders that were stacked incorrectly by a new employee, and I didn't get a good job thumbs up anything. What I did get, was told that I could be cleaner and faster at cut🙃. They criticize you over telling you you're doing a good job. they want to make perfect little robots, and that doesn't exist.
