Owner is extremely cheap. The company has no direction as owner always changes his mind. The company lacks culture. No one gets praised and very few get increased pay. Owner thinks he is so great to employees but all employees think the exact opposite. People always leave because they can’t take how they are treated. Owner is not honest at all.
