Good products. Nothing else unfortunately.
Cons
Be clear about the role specification and what you expect from employees. Do not make misleading promises about what the role will be. Have regular employee reviews, not once a year! Have a clear strategy for managing partnerships. It's not good enough to simply grab more partnerships and then ignore them. Promote people into management positions who a) want to be a manager and b) are capable of managing. I could go on.
