Empathetic, generous do-gooders who genuinely care about their staff and doing high quality work for socially progressive organisations. Great staff retention, well paid with bonus profit share. Take employee ownership and B Corp status seriously. Lots of benefits and an open ear for improvements.
Cons
Expectations for quality of work are high. Fast-paced agency environment isn’t for everyone. Lots of multi-tasking and careful time-management required. Career progression is well structured but slow.
