Pros
A compassionate company which treats their employees with care. I feel listened to. The team is very talented - there are many experienced and knowledgeable people here. Plenty of people here are long-term employees, which definitely is a good sign.
Cons
Pretty low salaries, even with bonuses. Work can get quite intense sometimes.
